Shipping

Shipping Times
Standard shipping within the United States takes 1-7 business days from the day your order is processed. Outside the US,  shipping typically takes 5-10 business days but can vary depending on your location. We do not ship Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

Shipping Methods
All US orders are shipped via USPS using Standard Ground.  Rush shipping is available.  If you are in the NYC area and want to use our NYC pickup service, please select that option at checkout.

Free Shipping: All orders over $35 are eligible for Free Shipping using Standard Ground methods.  NYC pick up is always free!

Sales Tax
The customer is responsible for all relevant sales tax which will be added to your order total at checkout if applicable.

When will I be charged for my order?
Once your order is placed, your credit card will be charged. You will only be charged for the items that you ordered, along with appropriate shipping and tax, where applicable.

Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please email us at hello@alyoopthreads.com.  Orders are processed quickly after placement so we cannot guarantee that your order will be eligible for cancellation, therefore, please be sure to check all information very carefully before placing your order.

Returns

We hope that you love your Alyoop purchase, but understand that sometimes returns are needed.  Please read our return policies carefully:

  • All return requests, regardless of reason, must be made within 30 days of receipt. Returns requested after this time will not be honored. 
  • If your items are defective or your order is incorrect, please make sure to contact us within 30 days or your return cannot be processed!
  • All returns must be in their original condition meaning unworn, unwashed and not damaged in any way.
  • We do not refund shipping charges.
  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless you are returning because your items were damaged or incorrect.
  • All Sale items are Final Sale and cannot be returned.
Exchanges

We know that sizing is difficult when buying online, so please make sure to take a look at our Size Chart before you order.  If you do need to make an exchange, please follow our returns process to send the item back and place a new order for the desired size.

How to Make a Return

Please contact us at hello@alyoopthreads.com letting us know your reason for the return and the items you are looking to return.  We will then contact you with shipping instructions.

When mailing back your items, please keep the following in mind:

  • We recommend sending via UPS, Fedex of USPS using a proof of delivery method.  If your return package is lost, we are not responsible for reimbursement or compensation for the lost merchandise.
  • No COD deliveries will be accepted.
  • Package your return carefully, as we cannot return or exchange items that arrive damaged.

Your return will be processed within 3-5 business days of receipt. We will issue a refund to the credit card originally used for the purchase and then you will receive an email notification when the credit has been issued.
